LITTLE STYLE CHANGES HAVE HUGE CONSEQUENCES. . .

Harry Butterworth's comments on the minuscule plans in the RAF Cosford Cold War Museum Building Study (AJ letters 08.02.07) prompt me to comment on the consequences of the change of size and style of the AJ. Before reading virtually any issue in the new format I have to arm myself with a magnifying glass.

I feel that last year's changes must have contributed to this shrinking effect. A subscriber for over 50 years, I realise that my eyesight is past its best but I still long for the clarity and simplicity of the old A4 style. Is there hope that these changes may yet be reconsidered?
