LEGAL BATTLE COSTS RISE
A legal battle between the now-defunct MAK Architects and developer Winterdome is expected to cost at least £120,000. A leading legal cost expert has claimed that the price of the action, over alleged negligence by the architect, will extend into six figures when it kicks off on 20 February 2006.
