BDP and Eric Kuhne Associates have submitted proposals for a mixed-use town centre development on the former Nestle site in a conservation area of Norwich. The architects' scheme for Lend Lease, called 'Chapelfield Regeneration', extends the shopping area and comprises new shops, cafes, restaurants and 83 apartments and houses, along with improvements to the ancient City Wall and Grade I-listed St Stephen's Church and Assembly House.
