Sir Terry Farrell was on good form at a party to celebrate his knighthood, held in his Maida Vale offices on Monday evening.

There was an excellent turnout for someone who has never regarded himself as part of the Establishment, either architectural or social.

But what can one say about an architect who is knighted, has been an English Heritage commissioner, a member of the Royal Parks Commission, president of the Urban Design Group and the Urban Design Alliance? Sir Terry - join the club!
