KEN GIVES CASH TO SCHEMES

London mayor Ken Livingstone has unveiled the next 10 projects to be given funding as part of his 100 Public Spaces programme.

The mayor's announcement marks the third phase of his ambitious scheme to create 'exemplary inner-city spaces for Londoners'. Among the projects to receive support are redevelopments at Highbury Corner and Wembley Stadium station square.
