Jasper Jägers and Ronald Hoogeveen
Dutch architects Jasper Jägers and Ronald Hoogeveen have won a competition to design a new red light district for Rotterdam.Their project - RedLightPlatform - features facilities for 'window, club and street prostitution'and attempts to ensure 'these different typologies'complement each other. It also features a 'sky platform'accessible by car that will both 'ensure privacy'and afford views of the city.
