Regarding your editorial (AJ 23.02.06), almost without exception, all great buildings are designed by small or medium-sized practices, or by practices who became big but started out small and are led by someone who has the desire to do great architecture.

Paul Hyett's vision may or may not come to pass, but either way it's an extremely depressing one.
