in brief Greenwich boom time


Two major regeneration schemes in Greenwich have won planning permission. Work on Greenwich Reach 2000, the £80 million 56,000m2 cruise liner terminal and mixed-use scheme by Broadway Malyan, will start early next year. So will Gallions Reach urban village, a £100 million community of 1500 new homes masterplanned by prp Architects.
