Image confusion gets us all hung up on Holyrood


I was interested to read your response to Brian Loudon's letter (AJ 7.10.04) apologising for the reversal of the cover photograph on the previous issue.

Examination of the cover in question seems to reveal both top-hung and bottom-hung windows on the same elevation, and if your apology is correct the sun is shining upwards!

Surely this is even more unusual than bottom-hung, outward opening windows in Scotland?
