The winners of the Ibstock Downland Prize for Architects 2005 were announced on Monday (19 September). The five victorious schemes were selected from 109 entries submitted by architects across the south of England. Among the winners was Brightonbased architect Lap Chan, of the Morgan Chan Partnership, who won for his villas in Lewes.
