HOW TO HANDLE A BRIGHT IDEA

UPDATE

The new stainless steel door handle from Union cleverly communicates whether or not a room is in use with a coloured light. The Brighthandle Alfa door furniture has been created by Swedish designer Alexander Lervik for conference rooms, dressing rooms and classrooms and changes colour with the simple operation of the matching thumb turn. It comes in a mains-operated or battery version and has already been used on a number of commercial and residential projects across Europe. Look out also for sister products Brighthandle Swap and Zero, which add a similar touch of colour to otherwise dull doors.
