Lot No 1: UK-Walsall: housing development and regeneration - strategic regeneration architects framework agreement

Short description:
Lot A. Housing Development And Regeneration - Strategic Regeneration Architects Framework Agreement. Production of sketch schemes through to detailed drawings and including working within partnering teams and with and for contractors.

Quantity or scope:
Miniumum 260 units to maxiumum 500 units.
Estimated cost excluding VAT:
Range: between 1 029 600 and 1 980 000 GBP.

Lot B: UK-Walsall: housing development and regeneration - strategic regeneration architects framework agreement

1) Short description:
Lot B. Housing Development And Regeneration - Strategic Regeneration Architects Framework Agreement. Production of sketch schemes through to detailed drawings and including working within partnering teams and with and for contractors.

Quantity or scope:
Minimum Units 1000 to Maximum Units 3000.
Estimated cost excluding VAT:
Range: between 1 485 000 and 4 455 000 GBP.

Limitations on the number of operators who will be invited to tender or to participate:
Envisaged minimum number: 6. Maximum number: 15

Note: Again, it is vital to complete all sections of the profile, as the PQQ scoring is based on responses to set criteria. Before responding to this notice, your organisation must register it's details and complete a supplier profile, available at http://www.whg.uk.com. Once you have entered the site, click on 'Supplier info' followed by 'Suppliers' and then 'e-tendering'. You will then enter the Delta Electronic Tendering Suite (ETS). After receipt of a user ID and Password, you will be able to register your details at 'Certify' status and compile your company profile. Once again, be sure to link the completed profile to response list R-9453-1869. The profile will then become whg's PQQ for evaluation. Please include as much detail in your profile as possible and be sure to supply detailed responses to the additional information requested in the Memorandum of Information (MOI). Copies of the MOI are available by emailing the Procurement Services team at SPMB-Procurement@whgrp.co.uk. by 17.00hrs 12.12.2008. MOI's will be sent within 24 hours of request. Whg is procuring on behalf of itself (Walsall Housing Trust) and all subsidiaries (now or future) that are contracting authorities all special purpose vehicles and joint ventures in which whg may participate, other registered social landlords, arms length management organisations, local authorities (including Walsall Council) and other contracting authorities entitled to receive grant from the Housing Corporation (soon to be Homes and Communities Agency) and who may be in a bidding consortium with whg.
