HOME OFFICE HQ 'TOO SMALL'
Terry Farrell & Partners'£310 million Home Office building in London's Marsham Street will be too small to accomodate its staff, says the National Audit Office.The NAO said there were 4,900 staff but space for just 3,450 in the new building, due to be occupied in 2005.
