The AJ understands that Zaha Hadid has been commissioned to design a new Maggie's Centre in Kirkcaldy, Scotland. The cancer care centre is one of a series of UK buildings commissioned by the Maggie Jencks Trust, which has a track record of appointing bigname architects.Previous appointments include Richard Murphy, Frank Gehry and Daniel Libeskind.
