GRIMSHAW PLANS AHEAD
John Prescott has withdrawn a holding directive on Grimshaw's Ellipse building for the Royal College of Art after the practice lodged a fresh planning application. The new design attempts to address Westminster Council's concerns over the roof, north elevation and main entrance, and will go before planners next month.
