Paul Davis and Partners has released this image of a new saladprocessing factory in China that started on site in January and is due to be completed this spring.

The architect claims it has produced a sustainable factory that will be a model for other developments in the area. Davis was instructed to minimise the scheme's visual impact, so partially 'sunk' it below ground level. A green roof will provide insulation for the main processing floor.
