The Glass Processing and Technology Exhibition runs from 11-13 November at the NEC and will showcase the latest technological developments and innovations within the glass industry. With more than 100 companies exhibiting, visitors can expect to see, touch and try a range of new products, and live demonstrations will include glass blowing and fusion. Additionally, designers can attend, free of charge, a host of seminars in The Architects' Forum. The seminar programme includes 'Architecture, glass and light', 'Glass in Fire' and 'Glass for Energy Management' (CPD accredited session). SCHOTT Among the new products on the Schott stand will be Rivuletta, a translucent glass with high light transmission suitable for partitions, cubicles and kitchen furniture. New to Schott's 'Pyran S' range is Pyran S AR, which provides fire resistance as well as anti-reflection.lENQUIRY NO.1701

RANKINS Rankin Glass will be showcasing its range of maximum rated fire-, bullet-and vandal-proof Safety Glass, and non-reflective Frameless Shopfittings. UNILAM INTERNATIONAL The Vetrocolour Glass Coating System from Unilam International allows designers to specify any colour in an opaque, metallic, translucent, multi-colour marble or pearlescent finish. CHILTERN DYNAMICS When the European standard for insulating glass units is published in 2004, testing will become a requirement for manufacturers. D R SERVICES D R Services will be launching a range of transparency changing screens for commercial, retail and specialist security use. REGALEAD Designed for the efficient production of bonded bevel panels, Regalead will be exhibiting its visible light and UV-curing adhesives and equipment from UV Tek.
