CHARACTERISTICS Planar's flush-glass surface uses countersunk holes and stainlesssteel fittings to fix back the glass facade to the structure, enabling unhindered views across the river Liffey and into the city of Dublin.

The single-glazed system in the external lift shafts was fixed back to structural steel with Nexus casting and 902 bolts, while in the retail area the facade was connected to 19mm glass fins using 905j Pilkington Planar bolts

SPECIAL PROPERTIES Insulating glass units used in the upper floor area meet U-value and sound-reduction requirements
