Glass and timber houses by Hampson Williams

Dulwich, London

A pair of detached sustainable timber-framed, cedar-clad houses occupy the site of a former joinery workshop in a backland site surrounded by Victorian houses and gardens. Approached through a narrow gateway between terraced houses, the new houses sit among undulating decking and specimen planting.

Each house is arranged around an extensively glazed internal courtyard.
