Gherkin revisited

National newspapers have seized on the doctoring of that Foster and Partners staff photo as evidence of a feud between Norman and Ken Shuttleworth. (If you missed it, the latest volume of the Foster oeuvre complete shows a Photoshopped image in which Shuttleworth has been moved from standing next to Norman to a space further back. In retrospect, Foster would probably much rather its Business Academy Bexley had won the Stirling Prize, since Ken had nothing to do with it!

Astragal's suggestion: Norman, Ken, Robin Partington and all the other Foster designers who worked on the project - wherever you may be now, get together for a reunion and group photo outside Swiss Re. One phone call would do the trick.
