Getting shirty

Jon Rouse, CABE chief executive, was in cabaret mood at the Landscape Institute annual dinner. Removing several shirts during his analysis of the current political situation (I think the colour of each shirt related to the policy he was discussing) he shocked the audience with two revelations.

First, he shares an osteopath with Keith Vaz. Second, he has never been to Barcelona ! The institute, incidentally, bade farewell to chief executive Stuart Royston. He is going to head the National Pig Association (honestly).
