Edward Cullinan Architects has released details of its £40 million masterplan for St Austell town centre in Cornwall. The scheme will follow the contours of the land, with a stepped series of buildings designed to complement the town's hillside setting. A tiered grass roof will cover many of the buildings in an effort to reflect St Austell's position amid rolling hills.
