Don't make me hunt

Actually make that herd, because your cursor arrow turns into a lasso at Studio Elastico and you find yourself in the sky watching the herding of a lot of cattle.

The guys from Elastico are plainly not English or they wouldn't have gone for a name with connotations of over-flexibility or a site navigation based on a cowboy metaphor. I mean, there they are, friendly looking people but with a real horse and all faintly Serge Leone.

The herd navigation thing is amusing but too hit and miss. As Eric Morehouse, who sent me the site, says, it involves 'roping a project at random.' What you do is move the lasso over one of the pale-tan-coloured beasts scattered around the otherwise black herd. You click and up comes an architectural project...

Meantime in the background the whole herd moves uneasily as one and slightly out of phase with your mouse movements. Still it's a lot of simple-minded fun and anyway we don't want foreign architects to get too much work do we?
