VISUAL ARTS BUILDING, COLCHESTER Expressions of interest are invited from multi-disciplinary design teams interested in taking part in a competition for the design of an innovative new multimillion-pound visual arts centre in Colchester, Essex. The deadline for receipt of practice profiles is 28 August.


PLAISTOW, EAST LONDON Design submissions are invited for the refurbishment of low-rise housing on the Brooks Estate in Plaistow, east London, as well as the refurbishment of two highrise housing tower blocks on the estate. The deadline for design submissions for both competitions is 19 August.
