Time for timber
Thermowood from Finnforest is designed for external cladding applications where a cost effective yet attractive rainscreen is required. It is produced by treating timber at high temperatures to alter its molecular structure - making it less susceptible to moisture re-absorption from the atmosphere. The process also expels resins from timber and brings hardwood performance to Scandinavian softwood. Thermowood is also suitable for flooring, decking and garden furniture.
