CHIPPERFIELD IN ALASKA
David Chipperfield Architects has made it into the last six in an international design competition for a US$86 million extension for the Museum of Anchorage in Alaska.The practice will be up against Los Angeles-based Michael Maltzan Architecture, Norway's Snøhetta, Saucier + Perrotte of Montreal, New York's Steven Holl Architects and Vincent James Associates from Minneapolis.
