Carey Jones Architects has been given the go-ahead for this 18,000m 2 residential development in Leeds city centre. The Flax Place scheme for Oakgate Group will form part of the ongoing £37 million regeneration of the city's East Bank area. Work on site is expected to start before the end of the year and it is hoped the project will take around 18 months to complete.
