BUT YOU HAVE TO REMAIN PROFESSIONAL

LETTERS

Dear oh dear! In your editorial (AJ 23.02.06) you (of all people) perpetuate the idea of the architect as struggling artist when what the country needs is the architect as creative professional.

The creative industries can be hugely rewarding in both artistic and financial terms, but architects too often exclude themselves from fulfilment by their isolated culture.
