Marks Barfield refused to address media reports last week that its proposed 'Skyhouse' for Canary Wharf - now half a decade in the making - has finally died. The practice closed ranks after a rumour circulated that its client had failed to secure the site it needed for the project, with David Marks even denying that he had recently discussed the scheme at all with a journalist. Nonetheless it is hard not to come to the conclusion that the Skyhouse has failed to take off. More just a 'Groundhouse' really.

Or maybe a 'House'.
