Understanding the CDM Regulations Owen Griffiths Taylor & Francis, 2007, £24.99 The chapter on 'Designers' in this overview of the CDM Regulations clearly sets out the duties facing an architect when it comes to CDM, including a lengthy discussion of risk assessment and answers to 'frequently asked designer questions'.
