BENNETTS' LONDON PRIDE
Bennetts Associates has won a stellar competition to masterplan a section of London's Fetter Lane for developer Land Securities. It saw off competition from Foster and Partners, Grimshaw, the RHWL Partnership, Allford Hall Monaghan Morris, Kohn Pederson Fox, Fletcher Priest Architects and Hamilton Associates.The project, which replaces a shelved RHWL scheme, aims to produce a mixeduse development with a series of buildings varying in size and style.
