BDP playing it fair on the Olympic Tennis Centre

Letters

I read in last week's AJ the attribution of the award for the Sydney Olympic Tennis Centre solely to BDP.This is unfair and I would like to put the record straight. The lead architect for the scheme was Lawrence Nield of Bligh, Voller, Nield. We worked alongside Nield on the scheme up to detail design using our experience at Wimbledon . We were de l ighted to be involved and help produce this award-winning scheme. Nield has always been generous in his attributions to BDP and I would like to ensure that we are equally fair in return.
