Bartlett faces executive decision in new search

You announced, under the heading 'Bartlett searches for design mastermind', that we are seeking to appoint a 'concept design architect' (News, AJ 11.11.04).

This is not the case. We are inviting expressions of interest from firms who wish to be considered for appointment as executive architects. This is a rather different requirement and we are interested in hearing only from firms who have a proven track record of delivery in this field.

As one might expect, the concept has been developed by the Bartlett school itself.

Richard Furter, University College London
