Archive outrage of English Heretics

I am bewildered by that specialist in towers, English Heritage. It is not prepared for you to move a wall or strip some wallpaper, yet it will take a chainsaw to our rare archaeology and is now going to remove one of London's best photographic archives, the National Monuments Record for London.

This national resource is, like any fanciful building, 'contextual', but English Heritage is moving it from its indigenous site to beyond the reach of its neighbouring archives. Perhaps it would like to move the bomb shelter that is the Museum of London to Manchester or the monstrosity that is the British Library to Boston Spa.

English Heritage or English Heretics? We can't simply allow this management committee to bulldoze its way through our past, present and future with its upper-middle-class whims!
