An architect is sought to work on the development of a lottery-funded project for the home of Sir Walter Scott designed by William Atkinson. The development is estimated at £7 million to include new access routes, parking and welcome building. Adaptations and additional conservation work are envisaged to the listed house and gardens. Completion is envisaged in 2009.
