6th IAHH International Student Design Competition 2008
In a rapidly urbanising world, planning and designing a micro-cosmic sustainable humane habitat is the subject of the 2008 student competition run by IAHH - the Iternational Association of Humane Habitats. Entrants should identify a community of 1500-3000 with around 500 jobs, anywhere in the world. This area is to be surveyed in depth to understand the complexity of social, economic and demographic factors. Then comes planning and design for its sustainable area development.
