. . . as Lord Rogers slims down his design staff
The Richard Rogers Partnership, one of the most successful practices of the last decade, has made six staff redundant, but rejected suggestions that it is about to lose 16 more.
The practice, which is working on designs for the Millennium Dome and Terminal Five at Heathrow, stuck in a lengthy public inquiry, still has a large staff of 119 after the cuts and said the internal resourcing issue was 'a natural thing'.
The practice has paid a us management consultancy £17,000 to advise on strategy, and is financing a refurbishment of its offices in Hammersmith by degw.
rrp has £400 million of work being built and is working on concept designs for work which could total £300 million.
