Glasgow University tenders £20.5m design framework

The University of Glasgow is on the hunt for architects for a four year framework agreement worth £20.5 million

The contract is divided into six lots with architects sought to act as contract administrator, lead consultant and design lead. Other professionals will be contracted separately.

The majority of works are expected to focus on the university’s main Gilmorehill campus but other offsite projects may be required.

The framework covers refurbishment and new build projects up until March 2018. Around 16 million is earmarked for new builds and £4.5 million for refurbishments.

A list of planned new builds is available on application. Documents should be accessed before 4 November with completed responses to be returned by 11 November through the framework’s allocated page.
