AJ100 International practice of the year - 2013

Winner: 3DReid - This award is judged on key data from the AJ100 survey, such as the increase year-on-year in the number of architects it employs overseas

As the international construction spotlight focuses on the next Olympic and Paralympic Games in Rio in 2016, 3DReid is powering forward as design adviser on the velodrome. It’s a win that propels the practice forward in the global stakes.

The practice has experienced rapid growth, particularly for its UK-based international work; and it has also increased its number of overseas architects by 267 per cent year on year and its total number of employees overseas by nearly 150 per cent.

3DReid has offices in Malaysia, the United Arab Emirates and China - and in addition to work in Latin America, projects are under way in the European Union, Russia, Africa, the Middle East, central Asia, China and Singapore.
