So HOK Sport's flashy stadium for the London 2012 Olympics will seat 80,000 spectators over the 16-day sporting extravaganza. The lucky 25,000 people will get 'permanent' seats in the stadium bowl, and 55,000 people will get one of the temporary seats which will be 'taken away' – according to the the London 2012 website – during the 'legacy mode' that Olympics bosses are so keen to harp on about.
