Off the map

Astragal has a love of maps which makes the idea of destroying them second only in sacrilege to the concept of burning books.

So he approached with trepidation a concept for pulping those most sacred of objects, old Ordnance Survey maps. Shouldn't they all be preserved in some wonderful library or other? But of course there are far too many superseded maps, so a proposal by Amenity Space for re-use has a certain appeal. The idea is to compress the maps into wall elements that can then be used to build shelters in remote places. Just the kind of place you might get to with an (up-to-date) Ordnance Survey map.
