Bedtime storeys

There’s working together, there’s close collaboration and then there’s what happened with the new World Trade Center towers. According to sources at Richard Rogers, the practice has been cooped up with Norman Foster’s lot and Japanese architect Fumihiko Maki on the 27th floor of tower seven for the last four months, working on their Ground Zero designs. If that wasn’t ‘tight’ enough, the client, landowner Larry Silverstein, was based 15-storeys above them. Ahh, just one big happy family. Night night Norman. Night night Fumihiko. Night night Larry. Sleep tight Richard. Sleep tight Maki. Sleep tight Larry. Gussuri oyasumi Norman. Gussuri oyasumi Richard. Gussuri oyasumi Larry. Good night my little architects. Nighty nighty y’all.
