University of Surrey call for architect services in £18m new builds
[Completed PQQs to be returned by 28 August] The University of Surrey is on the hunt for architect services to expand its Faculty of Health and Medical Studies by constructing three new build centres in Guildford.
The bio-science laboratories, lecture theatres and academic offices have a total floor area over the three buildings of approximately 9,000 m² and a construction value of 18 million.
Building work is expected late next year with final completion due by September 2015.
A detailed competition brief will be dispatched to the shortlisted architects.
