Short description of the contract or purchase(s)
Thames Valley Housing wishes to appoint a minimum of three Master Planners, five Achitects and eight Employers Agents including a CDM Co-ordinator capability (a minimum of 16 in total) to cover the requirements across the main places of performance. Applicants who can provide more than one service should apply stating expression of interest in the respectove lot(s). The arrangement will be for a four year Framework Agreement.

Total quantity or scope
Lot 1: Master Planner - Est. value GBP 250,000 over 4 years.
Lot 2: Architect - Est. value GBP 3,000,000 over 4 years.
Lot 3: Employers Agent including CDM Co-ordinator - Est. value GBP 6 000 000 over 4 years.
No guarantee is provided as to the level of work and value that will be awarded through the framework agreeement.
Excluding VAT
Range between 1,00 and 9 250 000,00 GBP

DURATION OF THE CONTRACT OR TIME-LIMIT FOR COMPLETION
Duration in months: 48 (from the award of the contract)
