Swaythling Housing Society Framework Agreement
The Swaythling Housing Society is looking to establish a framework agreement for architectural services worth £8m over a four-year period as part of a development programme which will see the construction of 2,000 new housing units
Though the framework is primarily for the provision of new homes, some schemes may involve the procurement of commercial and retail facilities, health and community centres, religious and educational establishments.

Radian Group Limited and associated entities have a significant development programme, and it is anticipated that 2,000 units per annum could be delivered through the framework across the geographical areas of operation. The predicted works value related to the construction costs that are predicted (but not guaranteed) at £8m over a 4 year period.
The requirements includes mainly the provision of new homes including affordable rented accommodation, specialist and supported housing, low cost home ownerships, key worker accommodation, some major refurbishment and homes for outright sale and market rent. Some schemes may involve the procurement of commercial and retail facilities, health and community centres, religious and educational establishments and have links with schools.
Radian Group Limited wish to establish framework agreements for the following consultancy disciplines:
Lot 2: Architectural services.
Band geographical area value range.
1. Central: South Hampshire, West Sussex) construction projects up to £4,000,000.
2. North: (North Hampshire, Surrey, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, South London Boroughs) construction projects up to £4,000,000.
3. South: (Dorset, Wiltshire) construction projects up to £4,000,000.
4. All areas: (Central, North, South) construction projects in excess £4,000,000.
