Queen Mary University London launches design services framework

[Requests to participate must be received by 30 January 2012] Queen Mary University is seeking design services as part of a four-year framework covering its Mile End campus in east London

The tender is divided into three lots. The first contract is for practices with between one and five employees, the second covers jobs worth less than £4 million and the third is for projects between the latter sum and £10 million

Each lot is further subdivided into service categories such as building design service, project management, engineering and surveying. Consultants may tender for multiple service categories across the lots.

The PQQ has been structured to welcome expressions of interest from businesses of all sizes, according to the organisers.

Expenditure under the framework is expected to total £10 million.
