Peabody seeks architects for £130m framework
The Peabody Trust is on the hunt for architects to join its £130million Major Projects Panel
The Trust, which manages more than 20,000 homes across London, is seeking up to 68 consultants including architects to deliver the four-year framework which it hopes will see the construction of 1,000 new homes a year during the contract.
As well as new build, the Major Projects Panel will also carry out refurbishment work to the Trust’s existing housing stock, and architects with experience of energy efficiency-improving retro-fit projects are also sought.
Documents and PQQs are available for download up until 31 January with completed forms to be returned by 3 February through the allocated page.
