Peabody launches competition for small practices

The Peabody Housing Association has launched a competition offering small practices the chance to work on new developments bypassing the OJEU process

The housing association are on the look out for between 6 to 8 practices to be appointed to work on projects below the OJEU threshold.

Three London sites have been set aside for the chosen architects to begin work on - two in Hackney and a third in Tufnell Park.

Applicants must submit two A3 boards or proposals and previous work. Boards must be submitted by 13 December through Peabody’s page.
