NHS launches £100m design services framework

[PQQs to be completed by 22 May] NHS Shared Business Services is on the lookout for design and project management teams for a four year framework worth £100 million

The framework is intended as a ‘one stop consultancy solution’ covering new build projects, refurbishments and major extensions.

Full design team and project management services are required to deliver RIBA stages A to L for a ‘wide range of projects.’

Services will be provided to NHS Trusts, Foundation Trusts and other NHS facilities but are not limited to these organisations.

The framework is divided into twelve separate lots and areas covered include central London, Scotland, Wales and nine further regions in England.
