Newbridge hall refurbishment, Caerphilly, Wales
With no dedicated community buildings, Newbridge in South Wales is undertaking a £3.8 million refurbishment of its Newbridge Institute and Municipal Hall
Architects are sought for the project, which includes some new-build alongside the refurbishment of Grade II and Grade II*-listed buildings. The scheme has been developed to RIBA stage D.
The time-limit for receipt of tenders or requests to participate is 12pm on 6 July.

The estimated value of the construction work is 3 800 000 GBP (excluding VAT & professionall fees) but this will be split into appropriate phases. It is currently anticipated that more than one construction contract will be placed though this may change.
